Case Study - Food Processing Facility
This Santa Ana food processing and distribution plant had an average monthly electric usage of 1,029,062 kWh and an average monthly electric bill of $122,597. Initially, this facility was seeking to reduce its overall energy consumption through mechanical and refrigeration retrofits. Catalyst was able to present a more comprehensive energy solution by including these retrofits, along with a 400 kW photovoltaic roof mounted solar array, under an innovative lease structure.
